Marius Nasta delivers third party litigation funding lecture to Cambridge University Law Faculty
At the invitation of Professor Neil Andrews, Deputy Chair of the Law Faculty Board at Cambridge University and a Fellow of Clare College, Marius Nasta delivered a lecture on third party litigation funding. The lecture entitled “Third Party Funding – a Feature of Modern Litigation” was attended Professor Andrews, professor Robert Turner (a former senior Master of the High Court and Queens Remembrancer) as well as by students of Professor Andrews’ Civil Procedure class.
