Marius Nasta, LL.M.
Marius Nasta serves as Chief Executive Officer.
Previously, Mr. Nasta held several senior executive positions at Cendant Corporation, a US conglomerate that comprised AVIS Budget, Travelport, Realogy and Wyndham Worldwide. As Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Cendant Europe and Cendant Asia Pacific, Mr. Nasta set up and ran the legal, compliance and regulatory department and became an expert in running large multi-jurisdictional and complex commercial litigation cases. He also played a significant role in major corporate transactions with a combined value of over US$4.5 billion aimed at reorganising and growing Cendant internationally. These included the US$1.4 billion sale of National Car Parks and Green Flag in the United Kingdom, the US$ 1.5 billion acquisition of Gullivers Travel Associates and ebookers plc as part of what became Travelport Inc., as well as several acquisitions in Europe which resulted in the development of the Wyndham Vacation Network.
Mr. Nasta came to Cendant Corporation from Slaughter and May, where he trained and qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
Mr. Nasta is a supporter of the Law Faculty at Cambridge University, where he has lectured to both graduate and undergraduate students. He is a member of INSOL International, the leading world-wide association of turnaround and insolvency professionals.
Mr. Nasta holds an LL.M. from Queens' College, Cambridge, as well as a B.A. in law and one in philosophy from the Free University of Brussels.

Michael Zuckerman, LL.B., M.B.A.
Michael Zuckerman serves as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer.
He co-founded Redress Solutions in 2007 and is one of the pioneers of the litigation funding industry in the United Kingdom.
Previously, Mr. Zuckerman was a practising solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales for over thirty-five years, specialising in litigation. As early as 1982, acting for joint liquidators, he was the first United Kingdom solicitor to obtain a freezing injunction against a Swiss bank account.
Mr. Zuckerman maintains a specialist interest in Rights of Light and is a member of the Rights of Light working party of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a member of INSOL International, the leading world-wide association of turnaround and insolvency professionals.
Mr. Zuckerman holds an LL. B. from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from the Open University Business School. He is also qualified to practise as an attorney in the State of California.

Charlie Batho, BA, M.B.A., FCA, M.E.T.I.
Charlie Batho serves as Chief Financial Officer.
He is an expert in the financial analysis of commercial claims presented for funding.
Mr. Batho spent the bulk of his professional career at Begbies Traynor where he was instrumental in taking the firm public and in growing it organically as well as through acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Batho was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Jersey, South Africa and New Zealand and served as Finance Director of several companies operating in the distribution and services sectors.
Mr Batho holds a BA in Business Studies and is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Member of the Executor and Trustee Institute of New Zealand. He earned an MBA from Manchester Business School.
Associate, Nordic Markets.
Mr. Federspiel serves as Associate, Nordic markets. He established Redress's presence in the Nordic Markets in 2017.
A member of the Danish Bar for over twenty years, Mr. Federspiel is highly experienced in risk management and dispute resolution. He has practiced law at leading Danish law firms and at the Maersk Group where he held senior in-house positions.
Mr. Federspiel served as the Vice-President of the European and Danish Young Bar Associations. He is Vice President, Legal of an international energy company.
Mr. Federspiel holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen as well as a French law degree from the University of Le Havre, France.
